This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs the processing of personal data that Revin Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Provider”) carries out on behalf of a customer (“Customer”) when the Customer uses the app Security Provider for Jira (Built for Trivy). Under it, the Customer is the controller and the Provider is the processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.

The DPA has two parts: the Cover Page (our specific details, sub-processors, and security measures) and the DPA Standard Terms, Version 1.1, which are incorporated into it by reference and set out the binding data-protection obligations.

How this DPA is entered into

This DPA is offered by the Provider and is entered into in electronic form under Article 28(9) GDPR. It is incorporated into the app’s End User License Agreement and is accepted when the Customer installs, accesses, or uses the app. No signature is required. A Customer that requires a countersigned copy may request one from the Provider at contact@revin-tech.com.

Sub-processors

The Provider engages the following sub-processors to deliver the app, as listed in the DPA Cover Page:

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU): cloud hosting and infrastructure for the servers the Provider operates in the EU.
Atlassian Pty Ltd: provision of the Atlassian Forge platform on which part of the app runs, under Atlassian’s Forge Data Processing Addendum.
