End User License Agreement

Your use of the app Security Provider for Jira (Built for Trivy) (the “App”) is governed by these terms, which have two parts: the base agreement and the provider-specific supplementary terms below. Together they form the End User License Agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Revin Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (the “Provider”).
1. Base agreement
The App is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User Agreement, which is based on the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0). The Provider has adopted it, and it applies in full to your use of the App.
2. Provider-specific supplementary terms
The following terms are added by the Provider and apply together with the base agreement:
2.1 Provider
The App is provided by Revin Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), not by Atlassian. You can reach the Provider at contact@revin-tech.com; full company details are in the Legal Notice.
2.2 Data processing
Where the Provider processes personal data on the Customer’s behalf, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By installing, accessing, or using the App, the Customer enters into the DPA with the Provider. The DPA is concluded in electronic form under Article 28(9) GDPR, and no signature is required.
2.3 Privacy
How the App handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2.4 Precedence
These supplementary terms apply in addition to the base agreement. To the extent they directly address a matter and cannot be read together with the base agreement, these supplementary terms control for that matter.
2.5 Third-party names and trademarks
Trivy is an open source project maintained by Aqua Security Software Ltd. Trivy and Aqua Security are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is an independent integration built to work with Trivy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Aqua Security Software Ltd., the Trivy project, or its maintainers.
